Well I originally partition my drive so I can do a clean install of Vista. After a week of having Vista and XP I deleted the Vista partition and resized the XP partition to the full drive. Now every time I boot up my computer it gives me the Windows Boot Manager that began appearing with Vista. I've tried unchecking and setting time to 0 on the "Time to Display list of operating systems" on the Startup and Recovery menu but nothing changed. Is there any way to rid this?

Hello,

Use the XP CD and go into the Recovery Console. From there do a fixboot and fixmbr command. That will get rid of the Vista boot manager for good.

Cheers,
Mak

Hello,

When you get to the first screen after XP loads the files you shold see a option.

"Press R to enter the Recovery Console"

So press R and follow the prompts to enter your XP Install and do teh commands.
