how can one make a firefox theme?

i want to make my own firefox theme but how would i go about doing that?

Poke around on the Mozilla site for some info. I think there's a kit for the Personas extention. If you haven't checked out Personas for Firefox, you ought to. They are skins that don't require installation... you just choose and it downloads it and skins FF right then. Search for it in the extensions section of Mozilla.
