Well try to find and download a Rapidshare Grabber, It works sometime.

or you could use firefox and clear private data after each download. it works for me when I need to download multiple files from rapidshare

if you want to change your lan address then go into the command prompt and type:
ipconfig /release

once that's done, type:

ipconfig /renew



if you want to change your WAN address, the easiest way is to unplug your router and modem for like 20 minutes then plug them back in.

Another way is to take the cable that goes from the modem into your router and plug that into your computer. Then do the ipconfig commands mentioned above. then plug the cable back into the router.

I think the isp ip stays the same even when power cycling.

there are ways you can hide/trick sites into thinking your ip address is not yours, there are many ip anonomizer programs out there
(if you wanted to hide your ip adress for websites doesnt work with programs like games)
