yeah, seriously, that dude is sick, u should ban that guys IP. Do not ban their IP if they have done something minimal, but something as serious as wat Hoad did, his IP should be banned.

His IP needs to be range banned, and you need to dis-allow access to TF through a proxy.

There's not much you can do to get rid of people like him. He'll eventually connect through a proxy server, therefore banning every proxy address is unacceptable because there are alot of legit one and isn't a good idea if TF wants to grow.

Solution is to put a report to his ISP.

Range IP ban is out of order for other people on his IP range. Best thing would be a small bit of software which would 'parental control' this site. Single IP would not work, as he will most likely have a dynamic.

I don't know what the vB software will allow, but whatever it will allow will be applied toward keeping this freak out of here.
