HIS Radeon 9800pro With ASUS P4P800 Help!

I updated my mother board bios, and still no go. The computer will not start up when it is plugged in. The monitor never goes on. Are there some kind of AGP drivers as well or such? Thanks for all the help so far guys, I need to find another comp to test this card on so I know at least it was not a waste of 205 dollars.

Oh, im sorry. Im using a 350 watt Antec PSU. Its brand new.

For the last time its not your BIOS, its your chipset!!!!!!!!!!! You need either a different compatible card or a different motherboard with a different but compatible chipset !!!!!!!!!!! Also you cant just upgrade or flash chipsets. Also you dont need AGP drivers just for the basic hardware acceleration just for your card to put an image on the
screen. Get it to run first then install the drivers.
