I can't figure out how to navigate my way through this forum. I need to ask a very specific question regarding formatting my external hard drive. I have found what appears to be the correct forum, 'Hardware', but once I click on it I don't see how to start a thread. PLEASE HELP as this is extremely urgent and I am so exhausted of using Google as my tech guide.
