your log still looks clean to me 
still getting all the same pop ups? the only other entry that looks odd is:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Int
ernet Settings,ProxyServer = :0
but your isp might use a proxy or you do so I wouldnt get rid unless sure.
Copy and paste your hijackthis log to this forum thread they will probably help you more:
