You can save $14 with the Freezer64 Pro being seen for about $25 over the Sunbeam there. The difference was put to test here however when first putting this case together and seeing the 9700 heat up like an oven when first going to look at the cpu temps!
The tip of one fan blade was simply hungup causing the fan motor to get hot! Yet the amount of copper kept that heat away from the cpu itself. What happened then was the fan motor had to be pushed forward a little due to shipping to free up the fan. The first temp saw 107C due to the hot motor while the actual cpu temp later was seen at 23C! during that first few hours of initial warm up.
