Help getting page to run in IE

I've been hosting a website on my computer using Abyss. I built the entire site just using Notepad. My site works perfect in Mozilla Firefox, but it works really bugy in IE. It won't work at all in IE 6 and bellow. I just don't understand, I'm not using CSS or anything like that. Just straight HTML code and PHP to access my MySQL database. Does anyone have any ideas?

No, I don't have it on the net yet. I've just been building it on my computer at work and testing it with different web browsers. Only people in our VPN would be able to view the site, sorry. The site just barely works in IE7 and hardly works at all in IE6, but is perfect in Firefox..... drives me crazy!
