The only BSODs seen here was from problems that ATI was seeing with thier Catalyst 7.9 version mentioned earlier. A few times one game map in HL2 Episode One locked in the same spot.
Other then the typical expected crashes with games you don't see the infamous "thread caught in infinite loop" crash typical of 95 through XP! The crash control method now seen can see you back at the desktop where you can even restart the same game or program instead of seeing hard boots when XP locked solid.
As far as looks and some changes that are not quite preferred here it soon became second nature to have Vista seen as the default OS over XP for several good reasons. Everyone has their own preferences obviously with some refusing to upgrade from 98. Where does sit with the XP only crowd?
