I would have to say voltage and clock speed since most multipliers are locked so you can't change it.

you can change it down, usually. sometimes that is good if your mobo can handle high fsb speeds, as it raises the external clock of your cpu to a higher frequency to achieve the same result.
ie: 200 x 10 = 2000 (2ghz) OR
-----> 250 x 8 = 2000 (2ghz)
yeah, your clock speed is most important...that is what increases the performance of your computer.
you will reach a certain point ot where either your computer wont boot, or it will be unstable without more voltage. so it is important, too.
does that bios have an area where you can change the ht multiplier? it will probably be in the memory or advanced memory section..? i'm not familiar with your mobo, so i dont know the exact wording.
it will be a single digit number, probably 5.
