All the GTA: San Andreas games have been taking off the shelves because of the sex mini game in it , and now it gets a AO ESRB rating, and all the ones that have the M ESRB rating have to be taking off the stores shelves until the stores can put on the AO rating. Now Rockstar has to work on a new version of this game that doesnt allow the sex mini game to played.

You know, Rockstar is really going to go over their head pretty soon. I can't believe that they would release a product with content that they know should have an AO rating, but not inform the ESRB of it. If EA doesn't buy out Rockstar in time, than Rockstar is going to go belly-up by the lawsuits alone...

Yeah, poor buggers.. I think I'm gonna buy GTA3 tmorrow, I've been wanting to give it a run again, and I can't find my blasted cd! I think I lent it to a bud that now lives.. well I dunno where, lol.

R* is a great gaming company guys. If ea buys them out expect to see future GTA releases with Teen ratings, and half as long storylines due to "time constrictions" and probably due to what I just said no official mp in the next releases... Tbh, I'm amazed R* ain't broke already. The hatians suing for GTAVC, that parents against violent videogames or whatever, now this? oh man, lol.

Knowing their past luck, they should've left out this mod from the code so it wouldn't have been discovered and unlocked my 3rd parties. Btw, ain't the legal age for porn like 18+ anywho??? so the mature rating of M is fine. I mean, ersb is a good idea, but I think they're soo strict cause they're afraid of that parents against violent videogames group, lol, don't wanna get sued themselves, cause that would mean they'd be broke. Too bad you can't sue ersb for costing R* lots of money, or else I'd be a few grand richer right now..

Game just came off CC shelves today, we don't carry adult-rated games. I think the whole thing is stupid, really. I don't think a game should be re-rated because of a mod, that's really what it is. I know that it was on the original cd, but you have to download something extra to be able to play it, so why should that affect the rating? It certainly didn't affect games like The Sims 2, which has numerous x-rated downloads available.
