Grub Error 17 (BOOT PROBLEM)

im dual booting windows xp pro and ubuntu 8.04 on the same HD w/ different partitions. i recently went to restart my computer and right before it goes to show the dual boot screen where i pick if i want to use linux or windows xp this comes up

Insert hte Ubuntu Disc and follow some of the steps in the Google search.
