I have an offer of that for a 1.8 ghz celeron. fhow does this card match up also is it a better deal then two

To be honest, I've never heard of it.

Two Live! cards aren't worth a 1.8 celeron either. Maybe 3, but not 2.

Do you think I would be able to get a audigy 2? what are some other cards do you think I would be able to get. BTW this is a soket 478
