Good File Access Monitoring Software?

I'm looking for good File Access Monitoring software that will enable me to view who's accessing files on my shared folder (xp) and a networked linux file server.

I would to use this program, while I'm on the XP machine.

Any good ones out there that are affordable? Thx.
