Samsung is both, ive got both on mine and use DVI, i cant notice any difference really but its nice just plugging it in and not having to arse about with any settings because its all working perfect to start with unlike vga
Like i said you wont notice any difference with that contrast ratio, the Samsungs picture will probably look sharper though as ive compared my screen to some mates and mines brighter and clearer than any of them
