You gave me just enough to figure it out. Thank you! I selected the second monitor as the primary, shut down, went to bios and selected pci video, rebooted and bam, it works. Never realized XP would let you have two monitors and the tools to adjust settings on both at the same time. I must have loaded the drivers for my monitor without deleting the default so that's why it thihnks I have 2. Wonder if I should delete the default monitor? Ofcourse it is the one linked to my 5500 card. The monitor drivers linked to the onboard are actually the right ones for the monitor. Do monitor drivers make any difference or should I let sleeping dogs lie?
