I second the 8800GTS 320 with a monitor of that size.
For that build a 400w could handle it but to give you headroom why not grab the Corsair 520HX if you want a really good PSU or grab an Xclio Greatpower.
One last thing...if you want an arctic Freezer Pro 7 get one off of svc.com or eqiz.com who have them for 24 and 22 plus shipping respectively.
