i was wondering
how do i make my ftp site really secure i mean i only want people who are autherized for viewing the site to view it..i also would like to have it so that if someone has to upload something then they would only beable to view that folder and upload it not download to it

If you were using a router, I would say setup Access Lists to give certain peopl access. I think you should be able to make accounts for each indivuial you want to access your FTP site, with the FTP Server client, depending on the program. should also be a settings to make folders Read-only or writeable. check out FAQs or documentation
