FTP Client for OS X

Does anybody know a good, free FTP client for OS X?
I've used CuteFTP before, so something similar to that would be great.

if you use firefox, fireftp is pretty nice too.

I use FireFTP, and it's pretty nice, but it lags a bit sometimes.

Still, I recommend it.
