Free Refog Keylogger?

Hi on my windows xp computer i think i have a keylogger installed, which makes me nervous about my personal security. Down in the lower right hand toolbar with the time/date and other icons is a little magnifying glass icon that says "free Refog Keylogger." When i click on it, it gives me the option to login or get an upgrade. I got the computer from an old elementary school teacher from a computer lab, so I have a feeling that it is just an old program that he used to monitor her student's work. If anyone knows what I'm talking about or has had any past experience with this software please reply. Also, if anyone knows anyway to override this software without a password/username let me know. Thanks
