FREE plt viewer software....

Any one know where I can download a truly free plt viewer? My mother-in-law has some quilting software (QBot) which contain images in the .plt format that windows can't open because the program that created it, blah, blah, blah. All the viewers I've found online so far want $$.

Sorry for the double post, I just wasn't sure where to ask...
