H horndude Fully Optimized Messages 2,539 Mar 29, 2005 #2 partition it with fdisk or cfdisk, not sure what knoppix has, if it needs partitoned then use mke2fs to make whatever filesystem you want you will need to be root type man <command_name> for options on that command
