I'm using Kingston 512mb Value Ram. I got my FSB to 215 and ran Windows Memory diagnostic and it failed the Stride6 test. I then loosened the Cycle time (Tras) by one and upped the Dimm Voltage by one then the error went away

Very nice! I did that w/ Corsair Value ram 3200.

k got my 2500 xp-m running at 12 multi,210 fsb 168 vcore =2.525ghz at a temp of 45c goes to 55 when running prime 95 damn this thing rocks and this is with cheap pny pc 3200 memory i m gona buy another one next week and build a second system, ill try for more when i get some more cooling keep you posted mlr

yeah you're getting pretty good speed at a low Vcore. I'm running 2.4GHz on 1.85 and it's running prime95 just fine at 41C full load. I think I may try to lower the Vcore and see if I get the same results. I had to update my BIOS but I think it really has helped regarding stability. You got a nice OC going mrl, is it completely prime95 stable? Most will agree that if it goes 6 hours no problems then it's 100% stable.
