Try taking off the overclocks and running FEAR and see if it still happens.

ok, i cleared my cmos and un-overclocked my card. somewhere between all my oc'ing something must have went wrong. i'm able to play for 1/2 hr. w/o incident
i am going to see about rma'ing my card though, might as well if i can.

I have both my CPU and my Video card overclocked and I run FEAR at the highest settings @ 1280x1024 - and on top of it, sometimes i'll host a private server of 6-8 players on the same PC... And I've never experienced any "graphic related issues..."

I've experienced getting owned by, "someone" a few hundred times, but other then that... it's all good....

that someone will go unmentioned, to keep his ego in check.
