Fast internet and lots of buffering? what?!

Hey guys,

So since today i have gotten a problem with my internet. When I'm in youtube for example, It's taking at least 2 minutes to load a 2 minute 360p video. And when I run the speed test, I'm getting 18Mbps. What? how? Oh and its on any video.

Any suggestions? and Ideas?

is it quicker if you try from a different pc / device on the same network?

it possible, but unlikely, that your ISP is limiting bandwidth. I havent heard of them doing this from particular sites tho.

is hulu faster? cbs, nbc, etc?
