far cry sound

far cry is set at 5.1, but when quitting it does not change the sound back to 7.1, like it is set in windows, i have to reset it as 7.1.

why?

It's probably because far cry takes over the drivers during gameplay, but never lets go when you exit.

Not very sure on this one...
