Hello all. I am new here!
I don't know much about hardware setups etc. but I'm a software programmer so hopefully I'll be able to help out a little more in that area of the forums.
Anyways, on to the point...
I'm ready for a new computer system, and I am interested in making it as silent as possible. I'd like to be able to do some musical recordings with my new system and it would be nice not to have fan noise.
Most of the sites I've seen about water cooling seem to require a fan for the system? Which to me kind of makes it pointless. I know most people get the water cooling so that they can overclock, but for me the number one reason is for quiet operation. (Although overclocking isn't out the window either.)
Is there such a thing as a completely fanless system?
Thanks in advance for your advice.
