Fallout 3 Crash Problems?

I am currently having problems with Fallout 3 for the PC. I downloaded the Steam Version, installation was fine, nothing wrong there. I loaded up the game and clicked on "start." When the main menu loaded, I of course clicked on New Game. The loading screen came up and stayed for two seconds and then it crashed. I tried it again and it did the same thing, does it everytime. I am going to post my system information because I am almost positive my computer is compatible to run this game just fine.
