Exporting Email

One of my clients was using a mac last year. This year, she is purchasing a PC*. What I need to do is move her email from EMAIL (on OSX) to Incredimail (on Windows Xp).
Is there any way in which I can do this? Or at least move the email over to Outlook or Outlook Express.

* She wanted a 17" Display notebooks, but could not justify the MacBook Pro Price

Only way I could think of would be to export it (if its possible) to a PST file. I dont know that Incredimail supports PST's, but of course outlook does.

I'll have to try this when I get home tonight.

The problem there is Mac doe not use PST files. (or in my experence they don't)
Even Microsoft's Entourage does not natively support PST files.
