So.. I can play it as single players as well...?

How all this works? Do I have to pay monthly fee if I play solo?

Yes there is a monthly fee.. and yes, *some* areas are single player areas.. otherwise you have to wait around for ages trying to get a party.

Just wait for Neverwinter Nights 2 to come out in October. And there is no fee for playing online.
