Does internet explorer Record Videos history?

No sure exactly what you are asking here...

Does it save the file? Yes. You can go into your temporary internet files and look for it.

Does it save an exact history of it? No. It will have the site in the history and a cookie or cookies from the site, though.

Trotter is right. It would only have the exact page visited if you have a history file on your PC. Other than that it would be saved in your cache files.
