Design and Gaming PC build - NZD$2000 budget

I am intending on building a PC for design and gaming purposes within the budget of NZD$2000. It would be used for anything from Photoshop to video work/rendering and 3D work. I would also like the option to be able to work with VR and be able to run most new games at max (or near to it) graphics. I am looking at a couple of IPS monitors because I want good colour accuracy for design work and these are linked below. If the budget allows, I'd prefer the 2K version of the U2417H.

Edit: I only require one monitor and I'm 100% open to buying from other sites. Especially if it means I can get more for my money!

So are you sold on the 1080p panels? I'm not up on the pricing differences down there anymore, but I have the second link panel here on my desk. Don't think it'd be worth 400 IMO.

Edit: I'm starting a build and holy crap these prices are astronomical. 2000 might not be enough for both monitors and a decent machine.

Thanks for your time! I'm open to other monitors, those are just ones I have been looking at I only need one monitor for now and it needs to have good colour accuracy and preferably it would be 2K but I'd settle for a good 1080p one.

And yeah, I'm open to shipping things in from overseas if it means they're cheaper if that makes any difference!

Building what we'd call a decent rig over here has capped your budget. Kinda sad.
