D-Link router

I'm having a problem accessing the web with my D-Link DI-524.

I have it connected properly, and a few days ago I kept having to restart my pc because the router wouldn't work. It was really weird.

Now it doesn't work at all and I'm completely stuck. I can access the router control panel, and I've tried updating the firmware but nothing has helped. I've even tried pining google.ca through the command prompt but that didn't work either.

And yes, the two little computers do blink in the corner of the screen.

Have you called D-link?

Also, check the settings on your computer. Do you have a friend with a laptop who could bring it over and help test, just to rule out your computer?

Yes I have called D-Link, and got an answer after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes, and the "technician" I spoke with said he didn't know and that I was have to call back a later day.

And no, I don't have a friend with a laptop.
