CS:Source Bullet Holes

I got depaul's config for css a while ago and it turned multiple bullet holes off, so it only shows one at a time (second bullet hits a wall and first bullet hole disappears). Anyone know the command to change this back to normal?

I would guess its the decal limit (mp_decals), try increasing that to something like 50 or more?

BTW you must be running a really crap machine to need that config?
