Hi, I'm trying to install ubuntu on an old PC and was getting some random results (mostly hangs in weird places) so I ran UBCD and after a bit of rummaging around not knowing what I was doing, I ran PCIsniffer. It says that it detected a parity error in the CPU to PCI bridge, and that it had received a master abort. I don't know what that means, and googling didn't help much. Does it mean my mobo's dead?
PS I already tried wiping the CMOS in case that fixed it, but it didn't...
