so my video card broke recently, and I'm currently running on an integrated card until I can get a better PC. Anyway, based on the system requirements, I should be able to run Css, and I can, but I get horrendous Internet lag. When I'm in areas with a lot of visible players, the framerate lowers considerably. Before I got these freeze lag spikes, but I set Cl_updaterate and Cl_cmdrate to 60 and 100, and instead of freezing spikes, I get this.
in the netgraph setting, it'll say I'm getting 40 fps, and it feels like 15 or 20 at times because of the lag.
Any ideas how I can fix this?
