Could not bind socket. Address/port in use...

I sorry if this is in the wrong section, but idk where to put it.

I have a game that I downloaded. This isn't the only game effected. It effected my internet browser as well. When I click to run the game a window pops up stating...

"Cannot connect to *insert name of game* server now Please try it later. [201]

[Reason]
Could not bind socket. Address and port are already in use."

I went to Firefox and received...

"Server not found"

The last thing I did before this issue was use adwcleaner and ccleaner.

What can I do to fix this?

What game is it - are you trying to host a server or connect to one?

Or are you having problems with general connectivity after running those cleaners?

It isn't just one game, but I will mention the most recent one I was playing. It is LaTale. The game launcher won't load up. I am trying to connect to it when I receive the message. This problem is also preventing me from using my internet browser.
