Connecting to the Internet

I am running 2 PC's in my house. I have a cable connection for my internet. I am running a Linksys Router to my PC. (which works fine) and I have a wireless pci card to my daughters PC. I am running XP and my daughters PC is running 98. We have been running for several days and everything was fine. Untill today. On my daughter PC it just will not connect. The wireless card shows a 93% signal. However her explorer will not connect. I have even reset her internet options but still will not connect to the web. What starnge is I get a signal to the card. Any suggestions? Oh when setting the proxy I let it do it automatically like it suggest

Try pinging the router from her computer, and even to websites.

This is a useful step in figuring out if it the internet browser or the connection itself that is having problems.
