Connect to router to access network drive, but prevent internet access

Our small office has an old Win XP PC that we keep around because it runs essential software that we use regularly but cannot install on our newer machines. We have kept it disconnected from the network since Microsoft stopped providing security updates.

The biggest downside to this is that we currently have to use usb sticks to move files between it and other computers instead of using the office's shared network drive, which runs on the newest PC in the office, a 64-bit Win 8.1 desktop machine.

This shared network drive is linked with multiple computers in the office via a router. The router provides internet connection to all computers that link to it, via a dsl modem.

Is there a way to connect the old XP PC to the router so that it can access the shared network drive, while blocking it and only it from accessing the internet?

Thanks!
