Computer Science vs Computer Information Systems

Hi, im new to these boards and was wondering which major would possibly be better especially with the job markets right now, and which one is more well rounded, eaiser to find jobs, and possibly be able to start own bussiness with.

Which degree is better? That depends on what you consider better. What do you want to do?

You will have the most options if you get a CS degree. More people graduate with CIS because they choose the easier path, the path with a lot less math .
