Computer doesn't boot up to BIOS after power interruption.

yeah , it is the motherboard. for the computer to power on it has to complete a circuit thru the motherboard from the case switch. bad mobo will keep cutting off the power sometimes. or just not allow power up at all.

sorry about the mobo, but it happens sometimes. and sometimes it is almost impossible to find out why or what was damaged exactly.
