Complete lock out bypass

My dad has used his D-link settings to totally keep my computer off of the internet. If I try to open a browser on my PC, then it always gives me the can not connect message. I'm connected to the network fine, but it will not allow my PC access the internet. Does anyone know a way to bypass this lock? Maybe a program or something? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, but we can't help you bypass security put in place by your parents. It must have been put there for a reason.
