Do you agree with list? Something missed out? Something in there not so bad or in the wrong place?
Personally I think that Google's data collection "accident" should have been in there somewhere.

well some of those aren't strictly "tech" scandals. I think Enron is pushing it, they were a utility company. I think the exploding battery fiasco and Dell knowingly selling machines with faulty capacitors better qualifies.

Agreed, most of those aren't tech scandals, they are just scandals that involve people from tech companies. The only one that I would really even consider a tech scandal is the Sony rootkit one.
