Cheap yet effective spyware option?

I'm a big fan of Malwarebytes, but we need an automated scheduler feature for a group of systems that will be independently housed off-site and used exclusively in homes for certain projects. The commercial anti virus software we have does not cover for malware, which is where malwarebytes comes in. The only flip side is, it's 25 dollars/license.

Is there anything out there that's relatively effective, has an automated schedule option, and has some sort of licensing option so I can buy 50 licenses at a discounted price? (preferably less than what it would cost for malwarebytes @ 25 per).

Malwarebytes offer a corporate license, not sure what its cost is on how many. I use AVG Server Edition with Malwarebytes, both running real time.
