Does anyone use cat7 for their home network? If so what type of modem are you connecting your router to? I currently have a AC1750 wireless router with CAT5E UTP for my home network. CAT 6 STP actually caused more interference, think it may have been my modem. My modem is a Motorola Surfboard SB6121

Gotcha, would still be curious to see how affective it would really be, or just create a lot of interference...
should be more protected against interference
Class F (aka Cat 7) features even more strict specifications for crosstalk and system noise than Class E. To achieve this, shielding has been added for individual wire pairs and the cable as a whole. Besides the foil shield, the twisting of the pairs and number of turns per unit length increases RF shielding and protects from crosstalk.
