hey, does anyone here know a decent amount about car audio? i need some help and thought id ask someone whos knowledgeable then just buy and try.

i have a 97 ford expedition. I already know which subwoofer and sub amp im getting, i just dont know about the other speakers or amp for those speakers

What I have learned from him is to avoid those speakers that have the tweeter built into the driver.

But most companies have converted to that style these days.

I'm very good with car audio. What type of speakers are you looking for? OEM replacements, or something that may take a little bit of work, but sound better? Are you going for loud, or sound quality? Are you going to be amping the speakers, or using head unit power? What's the sub/amp you already have picked out?

im going more for loud but quality is good too. I want to redo my entire system. And ill be using an amp on the speakers.
