Cannot find / open downloaded file Firefox

I just downloaded the BF2 1.5 patch using firefox and it completed and did not fail however for some reason it isn't in my downloads folder and I can't open it on the Firefox downloads window. Slightly confusing problem. Could it be in a temp file? Anyone have amy ideas where it could be?

Can you 'open folder location' or something similar?

Tried searching for it? Tried a different browser?

Start > Search > Files and Folders and put BF2 1.5 in the search field, or, go to Firefox > Tools > Options > General and see where it's saving your downloads to. I've got "Always ask me where to save files to" selected.
