Cannot boot to my other 2 operating systems

Hey guys.
i have recently installed Ubuntu on my computer. and i gave it a 5gb partition. i then had to choose a boot mount or something. and i put it as "/" and now i cant access my other 2 operating systems. Please Help

Exactly, there is no error, i can ONLY boot into ubuntu surely i should get a menu choosing what OS i can boot into

Ubuntu uses GRUB. It doesnt use a boot menu like Windows.

It should look like there. You will have to scroll down to select Windows to get that boot menu to choose between your already installed Windows OS's.
