Can no longer connect to internet

Hi, I have two laptops on the same wireless network. Both used to be able to connect fine, but now one (Vista) won't connect to it. It says connected with limited connectivity, even after flushed dns, system restore, re-entered security settings. It won't ping anything, and I've up to date network adapter.

Please help!!

Yeah it pings that, because my card is working fine: I can connect to my phone wifi and browse fine on that. It's just something with that network that's not working for some reason.

Can you forget the network and rescan to find it and connect to again?
